"Beautiful and rigorous...intelligent and affecting... takes us places the movies rarely, if ever, have gone."
KEVIN THOMAS, LOS ANGELES TIMES

"Delicately filmed...treats difficult sexual and emotional issues with tact and sensitivity."
CHRISTIAN SCIENCE MONITOR

"Sparsely provocative and defiantly different... GreytakÕs film is minimalism designed for maximum impact and much of its effect dervies from a jarring blend of the familiar with what remains taboo in mainstream movies."
DESMOND RYAN, PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER
